Did you know that more than half of the world now uses social media, 58,4% or 4,62 billion people, with the average time spent on social media amounting to 2h 27 minutes per day? People are increasingly using social media as a source of news and cutting-edge info in most industries, including short-term rentals. Facebook is still the biggest social media channel by far, followed by YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, according to the latest global active social media user figures. (October 2021)
